HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT AREPA
Follow these three simple steps for guaranteed success

Mix
2 ½ cups of water, 1 tsp salt and 2 cups of P.A.N. Corn Meal in a bowl.

Knead
Mix for 2 minutes and let the dough rest for 5 minutes.

Cook
Divide the dough into 8–10 equal portions, shape into 10–12 cm discs and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes per side.
