Description
Cachitos are made of a very soft dough, made with wheat flour. Inside the dough is placed ham cut in small pieces. Then, it is rolled and baked until golden brown.

Brioche bread stuffed with cooked ham and bacon, better known as cachito de jamón. Ideal for breakfast and snacks accompanied with coffee, malt, hot chocolate or orange juice. It must be baked for 12 min.
