INGREDIENTS
2 cups of P.A.N. Sweet Corn Mix
¼ cup of sugar
100 gr of butter
1 egg approx.
PREPARATION

In a bowl mix the butter with the sugar until smooth, add the egg and vanilla and mix until everything is well combined.

Add the P.A.N. Sweet Corn Mix in three batches mixing well before adding the next batch. Mix until completely blended.

Preheat oven to 160°C and grease or cover a baking sheet with waxed paper.

Make small dough balls of 40 grams and slightly flatten to obtain a thick disk of about 1 cm and a half wide.

Arrange on the baking sheet with 3 cm between each cookie and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Let stand on a wire rack and cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to
