INGREDIENTS

P.A.N. Precooked White Corn Meal: 240 g
Water: 360 g
Cooked chistorra sausage, in rounds: 72 g
Small cubed cheddar cheese: 72 g

PREPARATION

Cook the chistorra on the grill and let it cool.

Prepare the base dough.

Add the chistorra and cheddar, mix evenly.

Form the arepas and cook them on the grill until golden brown.
