INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 cups of P.A.N. Corn Flour
- 3 ¼ cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
PREPARATION
Mix water and salt in a bowl
Slowly mix the ingredients, constantly mixing with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes. Then, let stand for 2 more minutes.
Divide the dough into ten (10) portions. Form small balls of dough and then flatten with your hands to obtain 10 cm discs.
Heat a buttered pan and place the arepas on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Open them and fill them with whatever you want.
