SHIPPING POLICY

  • The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
  • Shipment will be made within 3 working days.
  • On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no delivery of orders.However, its delay shall not imply either cancellation of the order or any compensation.
  • Two delivery attempts will be made before returning the products back to source.
  • An order is deemed to have been delivered when the carrier delivers the package(s) to the customer and the customer signs the proof of receipt of goods.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and to indicate any defects or discrepancies on the delivery note.
  • For orders containing frozen and refrigerated products there will be an additional charge of 7€ for “Cold Service”.
  • The shipping fee is 6€ for Spain, 10€ for Portugal and 30€ for France.
  • The minimum order value is 20€, not including shipping costs.
  • Shipments to Madrid Centro are free, for the rest of Spain and peninsular Portugal it is free for orders over 60€.
  • Only the shipping cost is waived, not other associated charges such as Cold Service shipping.
  • Shipping costs may be subject to change for special offer products.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with the Products purchased on our website, you have the right to return such Products.

Subject to the provisions of the General Conditions of Purchase, you may return the received Products without specifying any reason within 30 days of receipt.

If the return takes place after this period, or the article has been used or is damaged, ALIMENTOS POLAR ESPAÑA, SL will not accept your return and you will not be entitled for reimbursement.

We are not responsible for shipments made to incorrect addresses or lost or missing packages.
The return of products is on behalf and risk of ALIMENTOS POLAR ESPAÑA SL. The products, unused and undamaged, including, as far as reasonable, their original packaging, shall be returned to the following address:

In the case of a valid return under these General Conditions of Purchase, ALIMENTOS POLAR SPAIN, SL will refund the purchase price within fourteen days from the receipt of the product. ALIMENTOS POLAR SPAIN, SL will only be liable to reimburse the amount of the product once all the returned items have been collected.

ALIMENTOS POLAR ESPAÑA, SL cannot control the amount of time it takes to receive your return, although once we receive it we will process them as fast as possible. Therefore, we must have at least 14 days to receive and process your return. Although ALIMENTOS POLAR ESPAÑA, SL will refund your money within 2 days from the moment we process the return, your bank or credit card issuer may need more time to process the refund. Once we have received and processed the returned products we will send you an email notification. We will refund the full value of the returned goods or product. The refund will be made using the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase.
To avoid forcing us to compensate a lesser amount of the product due to its use, we recommend that you do not use the product and refrain from taking any action that may adversely affect its value.
