TEX – MEX NACHOS

INGREDIENTS

For the nachos:

1 can of Gusto by P.A.N. Black Beans (Drained) .

1 bag of classic nachos .

Nata Criolla by P.A.N.

Sliced jalapeños.

Shredded cheddar cheese (Optional).

 For the pico de gallo:

2 medium tomatoes.

1 medium red onion.

Fresh cilantro to taste.

Juice of half a lime.

Salt to taste.

 For the guacamole:

2 avocados.

1 small onion.

1 medium tomato.

Juice of half a lemon. 

Fresh cilantro to taste.

Salt to taste .

PREPARATION

For the pico de gallo: Chop the tomato and onion into cubes and put them in a bowl.

Chop the cilantro and add it to the above mixture.

Squeeze half a lime, add a pinch of salt and mix.

For the Guacamole: Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pit and using a tablespoon, scoop out both halves.

Place the avocados on a plate and mash with a fork or masher.

Cut the onion, tomato, green bell pepper or jalapeños and cilantro into cubes.

Mix all the ingredients with the lime juice.

Assemble: In a plate or tray place the nachos, pour the previously drained Frijoles Negros Gusto by P.A.N., guacamole, pico de gallo, Nata Criolla by P.A.N. and cheddar cheese (optional).
