INGREDIENTS
2 cans of Gusto by P.A.N. Black Beans (drained).
½ medium onion, chopped in pieces.
1 clove of garlic.
¼ cup of cilantro leaves.
1 egg.
½ teaspoon of cumin powder.
1 cup of bread crumbs.
Salt and black pepper to taste.
10 mini hamburger buns.
1 medium tomato, sliced.
4 leaves of romaine lettuce or similar.
1 ripe avocado.

In a food processer, put 1 can of Gusto by P.A.N. black beans, onion, garlic, cilantro, egg, salt and pepper. Process until a smooth puree texture is obtained.

Place the mixture in a large bowl, add the remaining can of Gusto by P.A.N. Black Beans and the bread crumbs. Mix until thoroughly combined.

Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and spray with cooking oil.

Moisten your hands with a bit of water or oil, form a ball, place in the skillet and flatten into a patty shape, cook for 3 minutes on each side.

Assemble the hamburgers: Place a hamburger on the bun. Add lettuce, tomato and avocado to taste. Cover with the other half of the bun and serve.
