INGREDIENTS

1 cup of P.A.N. Sweet Corn Mix

1 ¼ cups of water

¼ cup of milk

1 teaspoon of vegetable oil

Vegetable shortening or oil to grease the pan

PREPARATION

    In a container, pour the water, milk and vegetable oil. Add the P.A.N. Sweet Corn Mix little by little and stir until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Let it stand for 5 minutes.

    In a hot greased frying pan or griddle, with the help of a ladle, pour a portion of the mixture and spread it into a 12-15 cm disk.

    Cook each side for 3 minutes or until golden brown.   

  4. 4

    Serve with butter and soft white cheese or with any ingredient of your preference.
