INGREDIENTS
1 cup of P.A.N. Sweet Corn Mix
1 cup of water
¼ cup of milk
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
PREPARATION

-In a bowl, mix all ingredients stirring until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Let it stand for 6 minutes and stir occasionally.

Grease a hot pan or griddle. Pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture and spread to form a round cake. Grill for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve while still hot.

Serve your choice of filling on top of an arepa, cheese is usually used. Cover with another arepa.
