Expanding the Business and Seizing Opportunities Took Us to the 2025 Edition of Expo Antad in Mexico

03/25/2025
The commercial teams from Mexico and the United States attended the 42nd edition of Expo Antad in Guadalajara, Mexico, to seize key opportunities at the most important retail expo in Latin America.
The North American market holds significant strategic value for Empresas Polar’s international operations. Events like this provide a vital platform to showcase our portfolio and open doors for new business through scheduled meetings with potential clients—not just in Mexico, but also in the United States.
“The 2025 edition marked our most impactful participation yet, following the expansion that began in 2023. Today, P.A.N. corn flour is available in all 32 states of the Mexican Republic and will soon reach more regional sales points, which was the main focus of our participation this year. Every event we’ve attended as Alimentos Polar México has helped us capture opportunities for growth and market reach. In our first edition, the goal was to introduce the P.A.N. brand and portfolio products to kickstart our commercial operations,” said Sergio Alcocer, Commercial Manager of Alimentos Polar Mexico.
Sopes, tamales, arepas, and gorditas were the gastronomic highlights at the P.A.N. booth. Attendees also enjoyed tastings of Polar Pilsen, along with raffles and giveaways.
Throughout the three-day event, meetings were held with clients—mostly regional or local retailers—boosting strategic connections for the commercial team and paving the way for new negotiations in the region.
