Gust. P.A.N. Tuna is the latest launch from Empresas Polar’s International Business in Chile and Colombia.

Gust. P.A.N., the brand within the P.A.N. ecosystem that offers new, delicious, nutritious, and convenient products made from ingredients other than corn—ideal for home use and quick, easy consumption—has recently launched two tuna product varieties in the Colombian and Chilean markets.
Catering to the specific needs of each market, Gust. P.A.N. Tuna is available in Colombia in two presentations: 150g tuna chunks in water and in oil. In Chile, however, the market is familiar with a different format, so the product is identified as 160g tuna loins in water and tuna loins in sunflower oil.
“We are very excited about these launches in both Colombia and Chile and the growth of our international portfolio, now expanding into the tuna category. With our Gust. P.A.N. brand, we continue broadening our range of products designed specifically to meet the modern consumer’s need for convenience and ease in every country where we operate, without compromising taste and quality,” said María Alexandra Mendoza, Marketing Director of Empresas Polar’s International Business.
The design of this new product maintains the essence and personality of an iconic brand like P.A.N., while introducing a fresh, contemporary look that adapts to the needs of today’s consumers.
“With the packaging design for both varieties, we aimed to capture the freshness and essence of the sea while maintaining P.A.N.’s distinctive brand identity. The colors were carefully selected for their meaning and the emotions they convey. The shapes, elements, and vectors are inspired by marine flora and fauna, capturing the essence of ocean movement. This design transforms the can into a modern, dynamic, and visually appealing product on the shelf, reflecting the product’s origin and quality in every detail,” added Mendoza.
With this launch, P.A.N. expands its brand potential into new categories beyond corn, strengthening its product portfolio in each country and offering a broader range of options to global consumers.
